He has worked with major multinational companies such as Reliance (ADA Group),Bharti Airtel and Bhushan Steel Ltd (Now Known as Tata Steel Ltd.). Currently he is associated with Jai Balaji Group as a Group Head HR and HR Strategy. JBG is one of the leading steel companies in eastern India.
